The smoke from the boiling concoction of judgement and despair fills the air as my pen unravels the controversies of the media. Acceptance is a battle that can never be fully overridden. We live each day inhaling the polluted ideas of society that brainwashes our beliefs. It blurs our visions of what is beautiful, and makes us believe what is not. We are given standards of acceptance, and those standards have no exceptions. Judging others became a natural instinct, but judging ourselves became our worst habit. Their attempts to close off our mind seem successful for now. In no time however, it is we as individuals who will stand victorious.
